Fred started out in the early 90s, helping out drivers like John Buccelatto, and also had a welder on his truck that he would use to help many drivers throughout the years. Helping with last minute fixes on their race cars, he did race American stocks, winning a few races, but he's most notably known for his success building race cars under BRC racing. He built cars for championship drivers, Chris Sorenson, Melissa Meyers, Grayson Baca and most notably Mitch Machado. He also helped rebuild several cars over the years, including Jewel Crandell and a few others. One of the race cars he built was driven by Mitch Machado went undefeated a few years ago at Petaluma winning every race and every main event for that season. Behind the scenes, he has also financially supported many awards for the racetrack over the last several years.
