Ron Brown

Ron Brown ran Stock Cars and Sportsman cars in the 1970s. He didn't have a big budget, but he had a good attitude that he brought to the track each week. In the 1980s, Ron dabbled in Street Stock and Figure 8 racing. He turned the wrenches on wife Lori Brown's cars in the 1990s, but when the Super Stock division began, he was a driving force in getting it started. He helped find the old Late Model chassis that some of the drivers used when they got into this class. He won the first two championships, and wife Lori also won a championship. He's driven in Modifieds and Hobby Stocks as well, but Ron is just as well known as somebody who will help any driver anywhere who needs it, either with work on their cars or by buying them the parts they need.He also helps around the track with many things like organizing clean ups, banquets and always wants to help the track in any way he can
